Job description
The Logistics Director will plan and conduct work requiring a significant level of judgment in the independent evaluation of logistical requirements for project and how this is aligned with early works & procurement strategy, and will apply their knowledge of design, logistics, construction, and operations to devise approaches to any issues encountered. The successful candidate will have considerable experience in delivering logistics across a variety of programs, and the personal qualities and gravitas to influence in both a complex-matrix internal environment and with external bodies. They will also have experience in working at a very senior level and will have the industry standing to network, influence and partner with senior management, project directors and client-teams.
Profile
- Degree and or related logistics / safety equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Extensive experience in managing construction logistics
- Extensive experience in logistics preparation of large-scale projects.
