Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Coordinate the various internal and external technical stakeholders.

· Involved in the project management of High-Speed Rail preliminary and detailed design review and compliance with specifications.

· Develop and implement plans and procedures for Rail telecoms.

· Serve as technical expert to take decisions, review design proposals for technical solutions, make recommendations, resolve technical clashes, etc.

· Responsible for review of the Rail telecommunication documentation.

· Prepare and deliver project monthly and weekly reports on telecommunication design status, problems, concerns and other matters.

· Ensuring that risks are identified, controlled and mitigated.

· Responsible for telecommunication documentation approval /management.

· University degree at minimum bachelor's level in Electrical / Electronics / Communications Engineering

· General overall experience of at least 15 years

· 10 years of professional experience in the same field.

· 5 years of experience in management and implementation of similar transport infrastructure projects as member of a PMC team in an international environment.

· Excellent communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good relations at work and fluent in English

· Experience in technical project management and good skills in organizing, scheduling and coordinating as a part of a team is required.

· Determined to act in a responsible way in business activities as well as in social and environmental impact.
