Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for on-site management of the System Engineering Office and all CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assessment activities;
• Lead and participate in the Design Reviews and Technical Workshops for the Systems Of Interest implementation and coordinate the resolution of Design/Implementation details/changes; and
• Contribute to the development and improvement of systems engineering life cycle processes and deliverables for the Systems of Interest Implementation, such as the System Integration and Transition Program and the Cutover and Technical Support Program.
• Lead and participate in the design reviews and technical workshops;
• Co-ordinate the resolution of design/implementation details/changes;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of systems engineering-life-cycle processes and deliverables;
• Present regular reports to management.

Desired qualifications

This role is expected to actively support local and ASIA business growth needs. Qualified profile shall possess unique technical skills essential to serve as a complimentary resource.  Thus, key qualifications include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science or above awarded by a tertiary institution in any part of the world or equivalent;
• At least eight (8) years’ of post qualification experience in the field of systems engineering;
• Sound knowledge on CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assurance standards;
• Excellent leadership and management skills - able to motivate and enthuse, excellent communication, team worker, consensus builder and effective meeting chair;
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and suggest and implement solutions;
• Ability to maintain cooperative and effective working relationship with fee earning and support staff alike;
• Previous experience expatriated in a foreign office environment is preferred.
• Project Management experience required;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook);
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
