We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated IT Technician to join our Hong Kong Studio. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager, monitoring and enhancing our
computer and communication systems. We aim to provide excellent technical support to our team of architects and designers.

Requirements:

• Daily Desktop support such as Installing hardware and software
• Troubleshooting a variety of IT issues
• Offering technical support via phone or email
• Fixing equipment, including printers, IP Phone (known as peripherals)
• Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems
• Recording problems and their solutions for future reference training clients on new systems or
• software applications
• Keeping IT inventory and innovative knowledge up to date
• Willing to remote support after office hour will be a plus

Candidate must possess:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related qualifications
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in IT system support (hardware, software installation &
• maintenance)
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills and ability to handle high demands
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments easily
• Ability to perform system / network support (Desktop / Mac, Windows Server with Hyper V
• technology), IPPBX, Firewall, VPN Connection, NAS
• Knowledge with Cisco product will be a plus
• Immediate available preferred
