The IT department is present in many Easytrip offices all over the Europe, you will be part of an international team! The Italian office is located in Cesena, an office that you share with several experienced colleagues.
In a multi-cultural and international context, the responsibility of the IT Project Coordinator will mainly consist in ensuring the constant evolution of ETS IT solutions, especially on projects related to the "Product and Billing" area (Tolls platform, Booking platform, Billing platform).
What are you going to do?
You will be involved in:
- support in managing the demand portfolio and associated projects.
- Analyzing the expressions of needs and Functional Specifications.
- Support in defining the technical and functional conceptual framework for the evolution of ETS information systems or new projects.
- Support in planning projects.
- Working closely with business teams and external partners on: the definition of releases or sprints, the upstream phases of the projects, on the proposed solutions: impact analyses, feasibility studies, integration plans.
- Writing or validating the design documents of the solution, ensuring: to respect expressed needs, to make the most of what already exists, to ensure optimal overall economy of ownership.
- Consulting subcontractors (RFP, analysis of offers).
- Validating the documents of the subcontractors (Documents of specification, design, deployment, operation, user, etc.).
- Coordinating subcontractors, quality control, costs, deadlines, risks.
- Ensuring integration (planning and acceptance phases) and guarantee the final quality of the solution.
- Ensuring the interface with the development team.
- Proposing and implementing projects in technical processes, while ensuring the process is aligned & compliant with the group strategy/governance.
