Job description

- As part of the Financial Systems Department, reporting to the Finance Department, you will work as an IT Finance Specialist within a team of 5 people based in France and abroad;

- You will be located in São Paulo, and your geographical perimeter will be the  Brazil Region/Sub-Region;

- You will be in charge of supporting the local teams on financial tools (DEAL, Tagetik, etc.…);

- You will be constantly interacting with the accounting, the consolidation and the FP&A departments;

- You will also play the role of Super user for the Finance area;

1 - Ensure the management of projects: planning and organization, monitoring of progress, preparation and participation in steering committees,

2 - Identify the differences between the rules of the Financial Core Model and the subsidiaries rules and practices, propose solution to the CFO of the Region/Sub-Region and contribute to reduce these differences,

3 - Ensure the setting and proper functioning of the tools.

4 - Train local users on financial systems

5 - Lead the access review process within your Region for all systems (ERP & EPM)

6 - Attend quarterly Super Users meetings

7 - Participate to the building of the Financial Systems Dept. roadmap regarding the improvements and the implementation of new features in the systems.

8 - Participate in the continuous improvement of applications by reporting local user needs.

9 - Organize the acceptance tests following the implementation of new features in the systems.

10 - Participate to various projects implying not only current systems but also the new ERP.

11 - Strong assistance to users during closing periods.



- Profile required.With a 4/5-years higher education qualification from a business school or university in computer science or related, you must have experience with a market leading ERP system (Oracle, SAP S/4Hana, IFS);

- A knowledge of an EPM system is also required ideally Tagetik, or another market leading EPM system (Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning…);
