Job description


Easytrip Transport Services creates the new “IT business application support team” in Bratislava Office in order to manage the “IT run and support” for our large business IT landscape.

Our new team will work with multiple platforms to support our very broad ETS Portfolio (Booking platform, Toll payment, VAT Refunds, CRM and Billing tools etc.) and used by our operational department and ETS Clients.

The IT Business Application Support


For Service Level Agree

  • contributes to improve the tools to measure and monitor the SLA and related to the applications in his scope
  • provides the business support to internal and external users in accordance with the SLA
  • produces the monthly reports for applications in his scope in order to monitor the Run KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

For Incident Management

  • contributes to improve the incident management process related to the applications in his scope
  • applies the process, contributes to solve the incidents and writes the REX (Return of Experience) reports in case of critical issues
  • analyses the incident requests with L1/L2 supports and defines the incident type: if it’s a technical issue, functional issue and/or change request
  • updates the data if necessary.

For Change Management

  • contributes to improve the change management process related to the applications in his scope
  • applies the process, authorizes (or not) the deployment of application asked by the Project Manager on the production platforms according to the change procedures
  • performs the communication for all the changes applied on applications in his cope


The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules, all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply in for the BU MENS activities.


As the perfect candidate you have got: 

  • relevant experience as an IT Consultant for the same position
  • practical knowledge of internal processes and controls (Quality)
  • analytical skills, autonomy, organization, diagnostics methodology
  • communication skills to provide the good support to internal/external users
  • strong in coordination skills to be able to collaborate with other teams (business team, IT team, supplier team) across different countries
  • good knowledge on incident management
  • good knowledge on writing operational documents (Run procedures)
  • experience with ticketing system tools such as Mantis, GLPI or Redmine
  • experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI, Swagger or Postman
  • practical knowledge of the Windows and Linux environments (Power Shell or Bash scripting)
  • experience with data bases tools such as TOAD and/or SQL server Management Studio (data catch-up & analysis)
  • experience in Software developments will be appreciated
  • 5 years of experience as IT Business Application Support is required
