The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.

In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.

The MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management.

Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. About the role: 

CPS is a joint Venture project with Balfour Beatty, Atkins, and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25.

The M25 is the busiest section of motorway in Europe and requires careful and efficient planning of work in order to deliver over £100m of annual investment in the highway infrastructure each year, in addition to planned and reactive maintenance activity.

           What you’ll be doing

  • The purpose of this role is to ensure we integrate all of our organization's systems and processes into one complete framework, enabling our organization to work as a single unit with unified objectives and work in a consistent manner.
  • Our integrated management system is a set of policies, processes, and procedures required to assist our organization in delivering our projects. the success of our IMS is vital in continuing to maintain our required ISO accreditations.
  • The role specifically will manage the development, monitoring, and review of our processes and procedures to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and communicated. The role will also ensure we are delivering our reporting requirements in a consistent format and to the programme.
  • The Team has diverse activities that interact with systems both in the team and with others. The coordinator’s role is to ensure these interactions are effective and managed in a timely and consistent manner.


           Skills required

  • Ensure our IMS is current and maintained for accuracy
  • Provide support to the department in managing the timely completion and collation of reports, presentations, and events.
  • Ensure we deliver consistently and in line with the requirements of our contract for our monthly and weekly reports. The consistent format and theme of our OPM meetings with our CP client.
  • Support the Quality Manager in the execution of the programme for auditing, they will manage the document submissions schedule, and arrange team meetings and minutes in line with our ISO9001 records management requirement.
  • Manage the regular meeting arrangements, TOR/Agendas, and minutes for the team
  • Manage the training schedule for the department and those external to the department who will be invited to attend
  • Support the business by ensuring the latest versions of records are available to assist them in undertaking their daily activities
  • Ensure all required reports are compiled and submitted to the set timescales and to the required accuracy.

    The following qualities/experience are essential:

  • Experience in working in multiple disciplined environments

  • Proven experience in managing documents control

  • Experience with Visio/Lucidcharts software to process map IMS procedures

  • At least two years of experience in a similar data reporting, including formal reports

  • Have experience in creating presentations and managing events
