Job description
Egis Middle East is looking for a HRIS Lead to put in place HRIS process on regional level. HRIS Lead will work with the Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure HRIS process, data management & HR analytics reporting are centralized and standardised across region.
In addition, the HRIS Lead will closely work with payroll specialists on country levels to ensure coordination between HRIS & Payroll activities & manage workload accordingly.
- Maintaining employee records in regional HR systems and Global HRIS systems
- Ensure HR systems are up to date with new joiners’ data, leavers data, and employee records changes etc.
- Manage support & maintenance activities of the HR systems, ensuring systems are up to date with latest compliance and labor laws.
- Provide periodic HR & analytics reports such as headcount reports, turnover ratio reports etc. to HR managers and senior management.
- Support manager in yearly activities such as employee insurance renewals, salary revision & bonus cycles.
- Act as a point of contact for handling and resolving employee queries.
- Work closely with regional payroll team members to support and manage various activities related to data management, benefits etc.
- Ensuring employee leave records and balances in HR systems are up to date including leaves entitlements, leave avails, and carry over balances are as per company leave policies.
- Ensuring employee medical insurance processes are managed effectively and are timely updated with new additions & deletions of employees & family members.
- Issuing HR documents requirements such as salary certificate, employment certificate, salary transfer letter, NOC letter, etc.
- Applies diversified knowledge of applicable principles and practices to broad variety of assignments and makes decisions independently regarding complexities and methods.
