The HSE Manager will develop HSE Management plans and oversee and consult Client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle. 

Job description

Role / Responsibilities 

  • Develop HSE Management plans and oversee and consult Client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Review and comment on contractors HSE plans and reports.
  • Prepare site audit reports, make and follow-up on recommendations.
  • Develop and conduct HSE training per worksite and client requirements
  • HSE personnel competency assessments.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a B. Sc. In Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university or college.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in managing all HSE matters on large to mega infrastructure/building programs.
  • Has experience in airports (aerodrome) industry or similar industry.
  • GCC experience is preferred.
  • Must be fluent and be able to effectively communicate in both spoken and written English.
  • Additional certificates or qualifications in Health and Safety would be preferred.
  • Must be NEBOSH , IOSH Certified
