Job description
- Assist Head of HR to prepare required documents to renewal legal documents of the expatriates.
- Monitor attendance record and leave of the employees
- Monitor and renewal Businens License of the company
- Monitor and renewal Certificate of Expetise of the engineer
- Update activity report of the company to be submitted to BKPM
- Monitoring office needs and vehicle operational
- Assist BD department to fulfill required CVs
Profile
- Minimum from Diploma degree in related field.
- Have work experience in the related field would be preferable.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, negotiation, and customer service skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …)
- Good communication in English
