We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our European HR team. This position is based in Cesena (Emilia-Romagna region), Italy.
As HR Business Partner/Generalist, you will support the Human Resources Manager and local management in deploying HR policies, programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, employment, compensation, labor relations, training, talent acquisition and development and work practices to improve the organization capability. This role is the key development role for future HR leaders within Egis Group.
The primary function of this role:
For Italy and 4 other European countries, be responsible for the organization and administration of all personnel matters (employee life-cycle), employee development, deploying HR processes, programs and projects.
In this function you will also:
- Build organizational capability by attracting and retaining talent, including partnering with local recruitment agencies and job boards, and employer branding
- Coach managers and employees in understanding and application of HR tools and processes to improve organization performance through employee engagement and manager effectiveness
- Deploy and develop HR policies, practices and programs to manage talent, drive culture and align to the organization
- Ensure data integrity in all HR systems with timely and accurate entry and gather data through HR management systems
