Reporting to the Group Chief Security Officer, as Security and Crisis Manager, you participate in the protection of personnel, assets and the operations of the Egis Group throughout the world. You are immediately supported by Security Officer.

Job description

In your mission, you will:

 

1. Develop and ensure the implementation of the safety and crisis policies of the Egis Group

On the basis of what already exists, develop and ensure the global implementation of policies for managing travel sites and projects security. But also the procedures for managing safe incidents and crises.

2. Monitor the evolution of threats and regulations
With the support of the Security Officer, maintain and develop the daily monitoring of the international situation and the analysis of the evolution of threats specific to the Egis Group exposure. You are also attentive to changes in regulatory constraints affecting Egis in terms of security and crisis management.


3. Implement and maintain Group tools
In coordination with service providers and internal stakeholders, you ensure the installation, proper functioning and monitoring of Group tools, particularly in terms of business travel monitoring, incident reporting, crisis management, etc. .


4. Be the point of reference on matters of security and crisis management
You are identified and recognized by internal contacts as an expert in the fields of crisis management and security. You make yourself available to bring your expertise to projects involving specific risks or to cross-functional projects integrating your areas of expertise


5. Promote and share a safety - security culture. Develop expertise in security and crisis management within the Group.
You are an ambassador for the Security department of the Egis Group on a daily basis, internally and externally. You ensure that the framework are made available according to the needs of stakeholders and staff, notably through the intranet. You identify and ensure the  up skilling, regular trainings of stakeholders throughout the Group.


6. Manage projects, emergency or crisis situations
You manage a small internal and external team on a daily basis. You manage projects independently. During an incident or a crisis, you put in place and support the necessary actions and resources.


7. Monitor performance and report
You report daily to the Chief Security Director. You synthesize information and produce quarterly and annual activity reports and manage dashboards.


8. Participate in transversal projects
You work in close collaboration with the other departments of the Group. You participate in transversal projects / missions of security, crisis management, health, security, cyber security as needed.
 

Profile

Higher education, you have a Master degree in a field related to risk management or international relations, you have solid experience in international security and crisis management, including:
- At least 3 years in security and / or crisis management within a Corporate security function in an international group
- At least 5 years in operational management or in consulting on security and / or crisis subjects


Certification: Relevant certification in the field of safety or crisis management preferable (ASIS, BTEC, etc.)

Skills and abilities :
- Synthetic, result oriented
- Exchange with all levels of stakeholders in an international organization
- Experience in managing complex and stressful situations
- A good knowledge of international regulations and standards related to "duty of care"
- You have strong skills in facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution

Languages
Mastery of English is indispensable. A good command of French is recommended, and if possible one or more other languages.

Others
Good command of computer tools.
Available for regular trips around the world
