The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, strategic decision-making, and regulatory compliance across our diverse portfolio of projects. You will collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to provide accurate financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and profitability in line with the accounting standards, financial guidelines and PFMA 2015.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience :
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Fnance or Accounting, Economics, Business Administration of related field,
- At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience for a major large corporation,
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance obligations relevant to financial reporting, taxation, and other financial matters,
- Software Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems and Microsoft suite especially MS Excel for financial modeling and analysis is essential,
- Excellent communication skills are essential,
