Reporting Line:

Reporting to the Group Finance Transformation Director, the Finance Transformation Manager will lead and coordinate strategic finance transformation projects as part of the group finance roadmap, engaging key stakeholders to ensure proper design, adherence to rules, and successful rollout of new processes.

Responsibilities:
1.     Process & Governance Animation:
·       Regularly update the evolution of the group finance transformation cockpit & roadmap.

·       Communicate progress and key achievements via a finance transformation newsletter.
2.     Stakeholder Mobilization & Project Management:
·       Mobilize key stakeholders and act as a PMO to drive completion of targeted initiatives.

·       Coordinate with different departments and implement actions as needed.
3.     Communication & Training:
·       Identify communication kits and required training materials, develop them, and deploy trainings across the worldwide finance community.

·       Foster a culture of change within the Finance teams by involving various stakeholders and leveraging sponsors to manage resistance.
4.     Change Management & Alignment:
·       Set up and monitor various actions to reinforce change and align the change management plan with project schedules.

·       Define and implement actions to reinforce change in relation to deviations from the target.

·       Measure the success of change management actions and adapt them accordingly.

Profil

Expected Experience & Skills:
Graduated from a Business School, Engineering school, or equivalent in Finance with a minimum of 8 years' experience in Corporate Finance & Management Control, preferably complemented with a Finance Director role of a country or business unit.
Experience in finance transformation project management and training deployment is a plus.
Excellent communication, change management, and project management skills.
Ability to influence, engage sponsors, managers, and key influencers.
Proficiency in working in a matrix organization.
Service and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Team spirit, open-mindedness, and ability to lead a community.
Positive, dynamic, optimistic, able to transmit energy and manage emotions.
Bilingual in English.
