We are looking for a Finance Manager/Deputy CFO to join our European Finance Team.  This position is based in Cesena, Italy.

As a Finance Manager you will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the Business Line Road Users Services. This role is the key position within Egis Group.


The primary function in this role: 

You will be responsible for the global reporting in our Group and  in charge of transversal responsibilities across Europe.



In this function you will also:

  • Leads the global reporting of Easytrip HGV business line, ensuring the consistency with the head-office Consolidation tools and rules
  • Analysis of financial performance
  • Cash forecast, Operational KPIs
  • Set-up of management accounts and consolidated accounts, budgets and forecasts, 5-year mid-term plan
  • Implements a cost control approach in a purpose of efficiency in all Easytrip group
  • Supports the implementation of relevant reporting templates compatible with the ERP
  • Adjusts the operational processes of the companies
  • Keeps up to date internal procedures
  • Ensuring appropriate controls are in place and adhered to, especially the completeness and accuracy of payables and receivables, billings, cash and bank reconciliation
  • Manages multisite teams in cost control and accounting
  • Supervises the corporate obligations of the Italian companies and any specific issue (relationship with Auditors and Tax Advisor)
  • Monitors the tax and the compliance of Easytrip activities




What we are looking for?


  • 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial control within a major auditing firm or in an international company. Knowledge of Services activities (in Transports and logistics) would be a plus.
  • Ability to operate within a fast paced environment
  • Proven management skills
  • Ability to identify problems and develop potential solutions
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent Italian and English (Dutch would be a plus)
  • Excellent MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,…) skills.
