Job Description:

Project Delivery & Compliance:

  • Provide direct support to the Technical and Project Management, such as developing and refining bid proposals, plans,designs, technical documents, and reports, being one of the local key contact in rendering professional advice on electrical engineering: such as design standards& codes, power, MEP, and relevant design production.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the team, subcontractors, client, partners, and stakeholders to understand their technical challenges and requirements, and to respond to it effectively.
  • Participate in evaluating the safety, security, and risk of the operations to manage potential hazards that may cause delay, or problems in delivering the project.
  • Report to Management the progress of the assigned missions, promptly report any issue and/or conflict that may arise within the team or concerning the project and propose solutions to overcome these difficulties.
  • Coordinate with fellow engineers, partners, stakeholders, and the contractors, to ensure that the project requirements are met and that project complies with the codes, standards, deadlines and contractual requirements.
  • Apply all rules and plans applicable to projects or the company and contribute to the adherence of colleagues, subordinate to these rules and plans.
  • Attend all meetings necessary for the completion of the project.

  • Attend all the required trainings, workshops, seminars, and meetings to maintain the technical qualification, as well as to be aware of updates
  • Participate in the trainings, learning sessions, and activities organized by the Company about compliance, and professional development.
  • Maintain a positive professional relationship with colleagues, and partners involved in Projects.
  • Support the project team and the operations

Profile

Job Qualification:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, particularly in railway or horizontal projects, whether in design or in construction
  • MS Office literate, capable of report preparation, proficient in written and spoken English, effective in managing staff and consultants
  • Must have experienced a managerial role – handled a team of people
  • Must have a valid PRC license
  • Must be willing to travel for work
