Job description

• Receiving all technical and administrative documents from Client and Contractor with necessary QC checking
• Verify all documents submitted by Originator following document Control Procedure.
• Forwarding the documents to concerned engineers after Design coordinators review and as per the marked distribution list
• Updating and filing of incoming and Outgoing Project documents
• Copying, scanning, linking, and filing of outgoing documents
• Download/upload the document from/to SharePoint
• Supporting for the preparation for the weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain the record of all Project contract document.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining administrative documents.
• Responsible for keeping and tracking of records: Correspondence (Incoming and Outgoing) Logs and other Technical Logs such as Materials Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statement, Inspection Reports, etc.).
• Ensure that hard copy filing as per the contract filing system
