Business Unit specific context

The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.

In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.

The MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management.

Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. Job description


Digital PMO (Project Management Office) to work on the Digital Transformation of M25 DBFO – supporting the delivery of a complex portfolio of digital changes.

Work with each of the Project Managers to ensure that the projects are being carefully tracked, risks, and issues, are being managed and dependencies between projects are captured and managed.  Ensure that all of the projects progress to plan and any concerns are escalated as required.


·         Oversight of digital / technology projects in the digital transformation portfolio
·         Tracking projects against the technology project delivery methodology, including reviewing of key project artefacts

·         Engagement on commercial processes in conjunction with the CPS commercial team across the portfolio

·         Regular review of progress made and managing status reporting to the Head of Digital and Data

·         Capture, measurement and tracking of portfolio benefits in conjunction with the Finance team

·         Support reporting at key governance forums on progress made, such as the CPS Change Board

·         Management of portfolio finances and engagement with the Finance team

·         Identification, reporting and tracking of portfolio level risks, issues and dependencies and tracking of project level risks, issues and dependencies
