Job description
• Managing and leading the design development from Concept to Construction Design Stage.
• Coordination with all sub consultants, Client and design team on CDE (BIM 360 or alternative).
• Attending Client’s meetings, preparation of weekly presentations and presentation of the design progress.
• Time planning and organization of the resources in long/short term.
• Preparation of support documents, list of deliverables, risk management, schedules, reports, programs, reports, presentations, design truckers, etc.
• Report to top management the design progress.
• Organization of the workflow across different projects from Concept to IFC and their submissions to meet the deadlines setting achievable goals in BIM.
• Cost estimation documents review.
• Prepare the packages for authority’s submissions and make sure to implement the design to satisfy all requirements.
• QA/QC drawings at all stages upon submission.
• Code, FLS, sustainability and acoustic design compliant review
Profile
Masters & Bachelors Degree in Architecture
RIBA / PMP / LEED etc - Preferred
