Job description

  1. Support the Team Leader and provide leadership and guidance to the project team and liase with the Client.
  2. Establish a clear and efficient protocol for obtaining data/documents and information required by the Consultant for timely execution of the work.
  3. Ensure output of team members are in accordance with the contract's terms of reference and quality expectation.
  4. Ensure all contracted deliverables are preapred in a timely manner, manage project schduling, identify risks and then design and implement the risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Contribute  to monthly and quarterly contract progress in accordance with agreed formats and based on inputs by the team members as well as other information as required by the Client.
  6. Collect relevant plans and information from different entities, help identify crititcal gaps and advise the team on that and other issues.

 

Profile

  • Have a master degree 
  • Able to manage large multi-disiplinary teams.
  • Experience as the overall project manager or director for major stages of a BRT project until the start of revenue operation.
  • Have 10 years general experience in public sector planning and design, with at least 3 years experience as team leader/project manager in planning and development work for bus rapid transt (BRT) projects, including in developing countries.
  • Familiar with road-based public transport in Indonesia would be a strong advantages.
