The Cybersecurity Manager leads the cybersecurity services and participates in the design review and engineering team, conducting design review activities in the cybersecurity domain, and advising and guiding all other disciplines in cybersecurity aspects.

Job description

 

  • Participate all aspects of the design review process within the consultant’s organization
  • Conduct design review of structural elements in a thorough and timely manner
  • Support other members of the Consultant’s technical team on technical issues
  • During the construction, installation and T&C phases, ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved designed, in conjunction with the Construction Management team
  • Provide relevant input for regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Communications network assessments
  • Firewall assessments
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Cyber-physical risk assessments
  • OT penetration testing
  • Maintenance planning
  • Command and Control assessments

Profile

  • BSc degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics.
  • Certification to validate knowledge of best practices, CISSP would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 18 years professional experience including 5 years in cyber security for metro/electrified railway transport projects.
  • Previous experience for working with IEC and ISO standards related to railway projects.
  • Previous experience in applying cybersecurity measurement for metro projects.
  • Conduct of risk assessments for systems of metro projects.
  • Familiarity with the requirements of Rail projects from the standard IEC 62443.
  • Arabic: proficiency would be an advantage
  • English: Bilingual proficiency
  • Strong communications, coordination, and management skills
