▬   Egis MENS’ Business Unit (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels , i.e. nearly 4,400 km. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries.

▬   In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.

▬   Egis MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management

▬ Egis is proud to have been awarded the Greater Manchester Clean Air Zone Project which is due to be fully implemented by the Spring of 2022. Job description

Purpose of the role:

As Customer Service Advisor you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer service experience via Digital, Telephony and mail channels.   Full training and support will be provided on the GM Clean Air Zone plan.

 

Main missions:

Understand the Greater Manchester Clean Air Zone processes and policy.

Take telephone and email enquiries from the public and give advice and information on the Clean Air Zone and associated charges

Provide end to end support for all customer queries from the initial call to resolution

Handle and approve discounts and exemptions applications

Review camera images to confirm details of non-paying vehicles
Support the Team Leaders to ensure daily and monthly KPI’s are adhered to

Share knowledge and skills with other members of the team

Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver a great customer experience

Profile

Technical skills:

• Multitasking skills and good organisational skills to prioritise as appropriate


• Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) together with the confidence to effectively use other database systems

 

 Educational Background & Experience:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working within a Customer Service capacity
