Easytrip Spa, leader in International Transports and Mobility Services, offers profitable solutions for professional road users, facilitating their day to day journeys providing a huge range of services from mobility to financial services, and among them the booking of ferries/trains/tunnels and vignettes EASYTRIP Belgrade is hiring one person for the Customer care dpt.

 

 

Job description

The employee is responsible for the process related all the requests received by Customers Partners and Sales Team, closely liaises with the credit  department  and Local Offices and day-to-day perform activities on collecting of VAT claims for customers.

Will be responsible for:

OPERATIONAL

▬   Activate of tolls contract and On Board Unit (OBU)

▬   Produce Cards

▬   Replace/return/block OBU and cards

▬   Ship and monitor of OBU and card shipment

▬   Support Sales and make sales offer

▬   Entry Data

▬   Process and control of foreign VAT documents

▬   VAT refund claims

▬   Prepare and submit appeals

▬   Contact with colleagues in foreign offices

▬   Contact with Customs in several countries

▬   Debt control

▬   Various administrative work

CLIENT SUPPORT

▬   Handle incoming customer requests

▬   Change OBU plate / OBU network extension

▬   Explain invoices

▬   Upsell services

 

 

Profile

 

▬    Good ability for multitasking and ability to deal with different IT systems

▬    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

▬    English language skills, verbal and written 

▬    Collegial and team player

▬    Pragmatic and solution-oriented

▬    Good computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

▬    At least 2 years of experiences in customer care relationships management, operational and commercial relationship and phone prospection  

▬    Attention to details

▬    Structured, organized and sense of confidentiality

▬    High school degree diploma minimum

▬    Knowledge of Road Transportation industry and/or related services sector would be appreciated

▬    Autonomous, dynamic and ability to take initiative

▬    Ability to build a convince sales argumentation

▬    Good sense of customer relationship
