Job description

For the Customer Care & Inside Sales Department in Cesena (Italy) we are looking for a new colleague. In this position you will be responsible for the processes related to the services we provide to our customers, like:


  • Activation of tolls contract and On Board Unit (OBU)
  • Produce Cards
  • Replace/return/block OBU and cards
  • Ship and monitor of OBU and card shipment
  • Support Sales and make sales offer
  • Entry Data

The Customer Care employee reports directly to the Sales Manager.



You will communicate on a daily basis with our customers and channel partners, and of course internally with the colleagues from the other departments.



What do we expect from you?


  • 1 year relevant work experience (B2B Customer Care)
  • Customer oriented
  • Pragmatic and solution oriented
  • Good computer skills, MS-Office, CRM System and reporting tools
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written 


Team player, problem solver, positive, curious, adapt and work independently.
