Job description

For our European Credit Control Team we are looking for a highly motivated and communicative colleague, to be based in Klaipeda (Lithuania). In this interesting position you will communicate with customers and their representatives on a daily basis to ensure timely payment.


The team is based in Poland, Lithuania and the Netherlands, and reports to the Credit Supervisor in the Netherlands.


The highlighted responsibilities of this position:

  • Daily communication with our customers, building a relationship
  • Monitor payment behavior customers and react accordingly
  • Check customers credit situation and overdue invoices
  • Assist in preparing of reports
  • Report the actions implemented with the customers and on critical situations
  • Liaise closely with the international Credit Team (internal)


What do we expect from you?

  • Strong communicator, as you will build relationships with customers
  • Knowledge off, and experience with, credit control and credit insurance
  • Team player with a pragmatic and problem solving mindset
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and finance related applications
  • Lithuanian and English language skills, verbal and written (other European language will be a plus)

Minimum level of education required

3-Diploma of Higher Education / Associate’s Degree / BTEC Higher National Diploma

Minimum level of experience required

2-5 years
