Job description

  • Understand the needs of clients / institutions / project leaders.
  • Ensure CLIENT the proper preparation and execution of the project.
  • Bring a transversal, interdisciplinary vision to the project leaders.
  • Develop intervention proposals (methodology, planning, budget).
  • Provide decision support to project leaders.
  • Propose new modes of operation, methods or tools that can bring added value to the project.
  • Prepare and leads operational working meetings with internal and external interlocutors.
  • Realize the various deliverables of the mission (report, summary, report, procedures).
  • Detect and solve/reduce risks, deviations or problems occurring during the mission.
  • Apply, in the execution of its missions, the Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in accordance with the requirements of the Performance Management System (SMP) of the company and its entity.


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Have experience in infrastructure project (mining, oil and gas experience is preferable).
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of engineering and consultancy.
  • Have knowledge with work methodology and sequence.
  • Understand project documentation (specs and standard).
  • Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in English language.
  • Good communication skills
  • Project location is in PNG with roster 6 weeks on site and 2 weeks off
  • CV in English is mandatory for the applicant.
