Job description
· Evaluate and ensure integrity of information on corporate risks [DKA1] [DKA2] and compliance raised together with those responsible for the areas (Group Ethics & Compliance department);
· Define, together with those responsible for the areas, action plans to mitigate the corporate risks raised;
· Communicating and monitoring the implementation of action plans in areas where corporate risks were identified;
· Define the scope and schedule of the internal audit together with the Group's internal audit team;
· Define, together with the group's Group Ethic & Compliance department, dissemination and awareness actions, group ethics training;
· Define and monitor the execution of the Annual Risk Mitigation Plan sent by the Group;
· Develop risk management policy;
· Responsible for aligning processes between the business areas of Egis Brasil;
· Consolidate and prepare a risk management report for presentation to the Presidency;
· Develop and implement in coordination with the Group Ethics & Compliance department standardized Compliance processes, policies and procedures;
· Intermediate the contact between the Compliance and Ethics team of the Group; [DKA3]
· Promoting and putting into practice the Egis Group's managerial commitments and benchmark of managerial skills within the scope of its responsibilities;
· Animate Brazil Ethical comitee, guarantee the action plan are in place .
· Supporting the Essential /Mandatory training are in place for Brasil staff.
· Integrate into Consortium place , training and implement controlling our compliance polity
· Act in accordance with Egis' code of integrity and ethical conduct and ensure its dissemination among employees at all levels.
Profile
· Required Education:
· Preferred: Degree educated in Lawyer /Business
· Required Experience:
· A minimum of 8-10 years experience in the Compliance/ ethical/ Risk methodologies in Brasil.
· Experience in creating Compliance plans, operational planning, able to implement and control a good Compliance system across all department and consortiums
· Develops an efficient, cohesive and team building across the Group .
· Negotiation, leadership, self-confident, decisive, flexible, logical, methodical, determined and results driven
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated resilience, persistence
· Effective communicator (written and verbally) to development of compliance operation execution.
· Ability to relate and influence at all levels within own and client organizations
· Mandatory fluent in Portuguese andEnglish [DKA1]
