Job description

 

 

Are you our new colleague, who is capable to embrace the variety of our activities, and to map and improve our processes?

 

You will identify all operational processes, map and document them properly, and contribute to the harmonization of these processes within Easytrip. The ultimate goal is to streamline and industrialize our processes to enable us to serve our customers with the best and repeatable quality of service.

In this role you will work on processes from potentially all departments of Easytrip (Sales, Customer Care, VAT Operations, Finance, ICT, HR, and Marketing). You will be guiding, facilitating and challenging your colleagues.

The position will also support the Quality Team based in the Business Unit Easytrip is part of, by contributing to/coordinating the production of KPIs, reports and documents needed to maintain our Performance Management System up-to-date. (Estimated workload: 25%)

 

 

Business process optimization:

  • Explore, map out and document business processes in and between the different departments
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in each process and department
  • Propose corresponding action plan (new methods, tools, processes) with clear definition of expected ROI, key success factors and KPIs
  • Act as the project manager on these improvement projects

 

Business needs facilitation:

  • Work with business teams to facilitate the analysis and defining of their business needs
  • Work with departments in exploring and defining the functional requirements of new tools (or updates to existing tools)

 

Quality & Performance management:

  • Contribute to the maintenance of Easytrip Performance Management System by assisting process owners in maintaining processes and keeping them up-to-date, creating new processes and procedures where needed, etc.
  • With the proper training, perform quality/process audits for other activities if the Busines Unit and the Group when/where possible

 

This role reports directly to the COO of Easytrip Transport Services.

 

Profile

What do we expect from you?   

  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • A relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and process improvement
  • Business process analysis; knowledge of BPMN and similar methodologies
  • Previous exposure to customer care and back-office operations environment in a B2B market sector
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence
  • Ability to interact remotely with people
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus, and fluency in another European language a must
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
