Each firm focuses on distinct key sectors, together presenting a unique and holistic approach to reinventing and improving the built environment.

 

With over 1000 architects and designers working in 20 studios across 5 continents, Egis’ Architecture Line showcases global expertise that plays a pivotal role in the design and operation of smart buildings and infrastructures that address the climate emergency.

 

We are at an exciting time of growth and expansion and as such are looking for an experience Business Manager /Governance Lead to join the Architecture Line here at Egis.

 

Job description

Responsibilities 

 

  • With the management team, design and implement business plans and strategies
  • Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal company data and write reports for presentation
  • M+A integration management coordination
  • Teaming up with company executives to chalk out and prioritise business management objectives
  • Strategic management board agenda preparation and minuting.
  • Following management meetings, ensuring the identification and implementation of action plans.
  • Acting on behalf of the MD to answer inquiries. 
    Ensure adherence to rules and corporate process.

Profile

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role, with a drive to challenge key stakeholders, notably within the architecture, design or construction industry
  • Previous experience within Mergers and Acquisitions
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to manipulate and present data.
  • Excellent writing and presenting skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to representing the Group in a professional way in multiple forums, in person, on the phone or via email
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly; ability to tactfully and sensitively deal with different queries and situations
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
