Job description


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business and managing all the business
development activities in KSA.


Key Responsibilities:

Organize intelligence in the construction and engineering sectors in KSA in close relation with the Country
Responsible for ongoing development and ensuring success with new and existing clients.
Develop strategy to source and find opportunities and follow-up until obtaining an invite to express interest
or bid.
Identify strategic partners for each Client and propose successful partnership.
Ensure the timely and professional presentation of pre-qualification documentation.
Provide commercial input to the bid process to ensure the company offering is in line with the market
standing and offers the client compelling value.
Participate to elaboration of proposals: from reviewing tender documents and organizing Go/NoGo
evaluation meetings to preparations of compliance and responsibility matrix and bid schedule.
Liaise with various disciplines and departments for estimation of Man-hours and technical input, compiling
bid documents, arranging for various management approval reviews and bid submission.
Ensure all quotes are prepared in a timely and complete manner that meets all company and customer



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10 years’ of business development and proposals
  • management experience, of which at least 5 years in KSA
  • Proven leadership and reporting skills as well as commercial acumen
  • Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal language skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • A network of client contacts and key decision makers in KSA
  • Ability to work on variety of assignments with overlapping timeframes
