• Responsible for improving the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. 
• Coordinate and make the business development actions coherent within Egis Indonesia and entities of the Egis Group.
• Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.
• Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth.
• Working to stringent targets the job holder will be required to adopt and knowledgeable approach a new business call.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or experience in Business Development within the engineering sector
• Previous knowledge in sectors such as transportation, aviation, renewables, highways, water within Indonesia.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in the construction project.
• Pro-active approach and able to work under own initiative.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa/
• Able to use MS Office suite, CRM and other business critical tools.
