Job description

1.    BUSINESS LEAD AND OPPORTUNITY
·       Projects forecast and Tenders advertisement monitoring and follow up through a frequent browse of the clients and information website, 
·       Collection of all administrative and commercial documentation required for the Expression Of Interest, and formatting of the documents as per the Client and Egis required level of standard
·       Interactions and coordination with internal or external partners with which Egis wishes to team up, in close relation with the Regional Bid Director and the Country managers
·       Preparation and delivery of Expression of Interest to the Client

2.    MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
·       Participation to the preparation and production of commercial documentation needed for the company promotion towards potential Client, in interaction with the Market Domain Directors in APAC
·       Update the company reference database and lists 

3.    SUPPORT TO DOMAINS BUSINESS UNIT AND COUNTRY MANAGERS
·       Obtain information on leads and update the leads in CRM per country and domains
·       Provide support to marketing and commercial actions (documentation, EoI, tenders etc.)
·       Monitor, follow up and centralize information related to prequalification and tenders submission for APAC
·       Proactively promote the use and update of CRM from Country Managers and Domain Managers

4.    LIAISON WITH THE GROUP SALES DEPARTMENT
·       Liaise with the Group Sales Department for the supply of standards commercial 

5.    COMMERCIAL TOOLS FOLLOW UP
·       Use and update of Bid management processes
·       Use and update of CRM
·       Participate to Business Development Meetings, take notes and follow up action with the Business Developers and Country Managers

6.    PARTICIPATION TO THE TENDER PREPARATION
·       Act as a principal support to the Tender (Bid) Managers in charge of the proposal production, which involves:


-    The coordination of the purchase of Request for Proposal documentation, and ensure the proper scanning and printing of the document to be disclosed to the Tender Team

-  The careful review of the tender documentation and the preliminary drafting of a tender review report for the Tender Manager in charge of its completion

-  The establishment of the Tender table of content and the follow up of the proposal documentation  

 

 

 

Profile

·       5 -10 years of relevant experience

·       Minimum 2 years working for a major International Consultancy

·       Experience in the field of Engineering and Construction would be a plus

·       BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field

·       Excellent communication in both speaking and writing of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

·       Graphical Design under Indesign, Illustrator or other equivalent

·       Excellent in using Microsoft Office
