Job description

We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Executive to join our studio in Hong Kong. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.


Tender Submissions

Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including expression of interest, pre-qualifications and request for proposalsProvide support on complex proposal and presentation documents - from information sourcing, editing, collating CVs, and image manipulation to collation of final productResponsible for submission coordination and preparation:prepare customised and client-focused submissionsensure compliance with briefs on submission structureensure appropriate corporate branding is in placefollow-up with sub-consultants for relevant informationKeep track of client and consultant contact databaseMaintain and update the Company’s extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission informationEnsure opportunity and reporting data is tracked periodically on the CRM system


Communicate with the project team to source project images and data regularly to ensure marketing collaterals are kept up-to-dateProvide general overall administration and organisation for the team’s tasks, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely mannerCarry out other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role as requiredProvide translation and proofreading in Mandarin Chinese (involving brief text only).


All candidates must have:

  • Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the architectural or real estate-related industry;
  • Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
  • Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets, brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
  • Strategic thinking, with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
  • Working knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
