Job description

We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our VAT & Excise Team in our office in Klaipeda. In this position you will report to the VAT Supervisor based in Klaipeda and you will manage files of our clients.

 

The Administrator VAT & Excise is responsible for processing VAT & Excise claims for our clients in European countries via the online portals.

 

To ensure the process runs smoothly you will communicate on a regular basis with clients, tax authorities and your colleagues in the other Easytrip offices in Europe.

 

Profile

 

What do we expect from you?

  • You like working with numbers and have attention for detail
  • Knowledge off, and experience with, administrative processes
  • Team player with a pragmatic and problem solving mindset
  • Excellent computer skills, in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other applications
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Lithuanian and English language skills, verbal and written (other European language will be a plus)
