We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team on an initial 6-month FTC to support our central finance team with accounting administration duties.

 

Job description

As part of our central finance team, you’ll predominantly initially be supporting across our Consulting & Operations division of the UK business. Your key tasks will be:

  • Data processing.
  • Multi-project sales invoicing.
  • Accounting administration.
  • Invoicing reconciliations.
  • Preparing payment runs.
  • Support with additional ad-hoc tasks carried out within the finance function.

Profile

About you:

Ideally you will either have prior experience in an accounts administration role or currently be working towards a financial/accounting qualification, you will also be:

  • Highly organised with a close attention to detail
  • Financially minded
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Have prior experience in invoicing
  • Able to communicate well with different levels of seniority
  • A proactive self-starter.

This is a hybrid role, with half of the working week anticipated to be based from our London (Waterloo) office.
