We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team on an initial 6-month FTC to support our central finance team with accounting administration duties.
As part of our central finance team, you’ll predominantly initially be supporting across our Consulting & Operations division of the UK business. Your key tasks will be:
- Data processing.
- Multi-project sales invoicing.
- Accounting administration.
- Invoicing reconciliations.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Support with additional ad-hoc tasks carried out within the finance function.
About you:
Ideally you will either have prior experience in an accounts administration role or currently be working towards a financial/accounting qualification, you will also be:
- Highly organised with a close attention to detail
- Financially minded
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Have prior experience in invoicing
- Able to communicate well with different levels of seniority
- A proactive self-starter.

This is a hybrid role, with half of the working week anticipated to be based from our London (Waterloo) office.
