Job description
- Perform daily accounting function and provide general accounting support
- Handle full set of accounts, data input and filing independently
- Prepare routine payment and bank transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax computation in Hong Kong
- Assist in the improvement of the corporate accounting setup (including ERP), group reporting, treasury control and local closing process.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, financial budget and forecast.
- Monitor financial KPI in Hong Kong, analyse the trend and cause of variances.
- Support statutory audit and corporate audit as required in Hong Kong legal entities
Profile
- At least 3 years of experiences ideally 2 years of audit experiences and 1 year of corporate experience(Experience in engineering/construction industries will be a plus).
- Degree in business/accounting is must, and a student member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting bodies is preferred.
- Good knowledge on HK Tax
- Experience in ERP systems (experience in setting up new system will be a plus) and excel.
- Experience in reviewing PRC financial statements will be a plus
- Experiences in MNC environment will be a plus
- Proactive, result-oriented, and respect and fulfil the given assignments by deadlines
- Close attention on details and willingness to be hands on.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
