Job description
- Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and bills from customers.
- Contact and get collection from customers via phone, email, and official letter to resolve payment issues.
- Remind, and handle billing Issue with Operational Team
- Monitors customer accounts to ensure that payments are received in a timely manner and that any overdue balances are addressed promptly.
- Assist to operational team in regard on reporting and invoice issuance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in customer invoices.
- Provide support and information required during internal and external audits
Profile
- Minimum from Diploma degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related field.
- Have work experience in related field would be preferable.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, negotiation, and customer service skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …)
- Good communication in English
