Reporting to the Real Estate & WorkPlace Group Director, you’ll manage the group’s tertiary real estate portfolio worldwide and implement the optimization strategy for all locations.

Your scope will focus on the 3 regions, outside of France.
MAIN MISSIONS
Management of the group’s portfolio of 400+ locations :
- Implementation of a site mapping for the group
- Monitoring of leases deadlines
- Development and monitoring of a global Real Estate dashboard
- Identification of site clusters (including M&A sites)
Monitoring of major international real estate projects : Master Plan, Dynamic Environment (group workplace charter) :
- Contribution to defining the Master Plan per region
- Real Estate advisory to regions for office researches with local brokers
- Real Estate advisory to regions for lease negotiations with local lawyers
- Promotion of group transformation to Dynamic Environment workplace
- Group Workplace charter deployment
Management of group CSR measures for tertiary locations (energy, carbon & waste) :
- Definition, in collaboration with CSR direction, and communication of actions to reduce energy consumption at tertiary locations
- Definition, in collaboration with CSR direction, and communication of waste management measures of tertiary locations
Graduated with a Bac+5, you have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position and multiple experiences in managing Real Estate & Workplace project worldwide.
